Does a pen come with my daybook order?

YES! Every daybook you order comes with a black brush pen. 

Do you wholesale? 

We do currently wholesale & would love to chat if you are interested in purchasing more than 12 daybooks at a time! Please email syd@doingwelldaily.com 

What are the shipping and processing fees and times?

ALL U.S. ORDERS: Priority shipping (1-2 processing & 1-3 day shipping) is our standard and only option at  $9.99. 

International shipping will vary in price and times based on final destination. Extra customs and duties may apply. 

NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we have noticed that USPS are experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time. Please note delays might occur so we please ask for your patience and recommend not delaying for Holiday purchases. You may contact your local USPS or delivery person for updates in regards to regular mailing service. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding in the unprecedented times as we all navigate.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Please note we are not in the office Fri-Sun. If you place your order between Friday afternoon and Sunday, then your order will ship on Monday.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes! We are very proud to currently be in over 38 countries! International shipping will vary in price and times based on final destination. Extra customs and duties may apply. 

Can I pick up my order?

We do not currently have a storefront, but we offer a pickup location in Cumming, GA for local customers. To place an order for pickup, please email syd@doingwelldaily.com! 

Return Policy:

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us! If you have any problems with shipping, or product defects please email us with a picture to syd@doingwelldaily.com within 7 days receipt of your planner and we will happily address any issues.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, returns or exchanges are available within 30 days from the date the order was placed for any regular priced, unused or unaltered products with all original packaging. If you would like to return your order, please contact syd@doingwelldaily.com

Please note, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee to return the planner. We will email you to confirm that we have received your return. All returned orders will be inspected upon return, we are unable to issue an exchange or refund to any planner that has been used or altered and all sale items are final sale. Once planner has been inspected, exchange or refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
